I really wanted to like this, but the whole experience was kind of a letdown. The sizing felt off, shipping took longer than I expected, and trying to get help was more frustrating than it needed to be. I know online shopping is always a bit of a gamble, kind of like ordering fries and hoping they’re actually crispy, but this just wasn’t worth it for me in the end.

I got a dress and a top, they’re really cute on. The fit was good too, which I appreciated. That said, I’m kind of particular about fabric and stitching, and the material felt thinner than I personally like. One of the seams also had some loose threads, which made it feel a bit less worth the price to me. I wouldn’t say it was a bad purchase, just not one I’m super excited about.

I ordered a few things from vrggrl the clothes were really cute once they arrived. The only downside was the delivery process. My tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I had no idea what was going on, and then the parcel just randomly showed up later than I expected. Anyway, it wasn’t a massive issue, just a bit annoying when you’re waiting around and don’t have clear updates. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I saw the prices and just assumed it would be a decent deal, and it was. Everything went fine, no complaints from me.

My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was Barely updating for days, so I had no idea where it actually was. Customer service was okay, just not really that helpful. The stuff is cute, but wow, the waiting part was kind of Stressful.

It wasn’t bad, i liked it overall, but it did feel a little overpriced for what you get.
